1. Account & Membership Terms

To open an account with 9kbd, you must be at least 18 years old. This isn't just a formality — protecting minors from betting is a core responsibility for 9kbd. Age verification may require a national ID or passport at the time of registration or first withdrawal.

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and any funds held may be forfeited. Attempts to create multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are also detected.

• The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate — incorrect information may cause verification issues later.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. 9kbd will not be held liable for any losses resulting from sharing your password with others.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• 9kbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasonable cause.

2. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

9kbd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit for mobile banking methods is ৳200, and ৳500 for bank transfers. There are no deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

To make a withdrawal, your account must have sufficient balance and KYC verification must be complete. For first-time withdrawals, verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Once verified, it is not required again.

• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. For withdrawals via a different method, please contact support.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• If a transaction gets stuck for any reason, contact support with your bank or mobile banking reference number.
• Funds cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 9kbd is legally required to report suspicious transactions under anti-money laundering laws.

3. Betting Rules

Every bet placed on 9kbd is considered final once confirmed. A bet slip cannot be changed or cancelled after submission — so always review your odds and stake carefully before placing a bet.

In live betting, odds change from moment to moment. If the odds shift at the time a bet is submitted, 9kbd may either accept the bet at the new odds or give the member the option to accept them — depending on system settings.

• If a match is abandoned mid-way due to rain or any other reason, the bet will be voided and the original stake will be refunded.
• Match results are determined based on data from official sports governing bodies.
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, 9kbd reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Placing a bet on an event whose outcome is already known (such as a recorded match) will be treated as fraud.
• Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage will result in account closure.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

9kbd's bonus offers are an added perk for members — but each bonus comes with its own terms. It's important to understand the conditions before using any bonus.

A wagering requirement is the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must bet ten times the bonus amount. For Sports Betting, bets at minimum odds of 1.50 generally count toward the requirement.

• Every bonus has an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Transferring bonus funds directly to another account is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including arbitrage betting or creating multiple accounts — may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• 9kbd reserves the right to modify bonus offer terms or cancel promotions at any time — members will be notified in advance.

5. Security & Data Protection

Two-factor authentication (2FA) can be enabled for added account security — and is strongly recommended. 9kbd will never ask for your password or OTP via email or phone — any such contact is always a scam.

• If you notice any unusual login activity or transactions on your account, contact support immediately.
• Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi — use your personal mobile data instead.
• Do not click on suspicious links — 9kbd will never ask you to enter your password through an unfamiliar link.

6. Responsible Betting Policy

9kbd believes betting should be a source of entertainment — not financial stress. That's why the platform offers a range of protective tools that any member can use at their discretion.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum bet amount within a given time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause betting for anywhere from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term account suspension.

7. Dispute Resolution & Right to Amend

If any dispute arises regarding betting results or transactions, please first Help Center Contact us. 9kbd will review the disputed matter and provide a decision within 72 hours. 9kbd's decision is considered final — though a reasonable explanation will always be provided.

9kbd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• These terms and conditions are available in both Bangla and English — in the event of any discrepancy, the Bangla version shall take precedence.
• 9kbd reserves the right to pursue legal action if a member engages in fraudulent activity, whether personally or through another party.
